DONT MOVE HERE
Rats, roaches, homeless people that you see from your window, bad maintenance, poor foundation. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE INTO A NICE APARTMENT. Don't be fooled by their updated renovations.

Affordable, looks new
I applied for this property honestly because it was the only thing I could afford. I thought I was going to have to live in an ugly apartment but I was actually shocked at how nice the inside is. Everything looks new to me. The whole complex is kind of small but I don't mind it
