I have been here 11 years and love my little appointment and the amenities. The area has gone downhill since covid although not the fault of Sundance. My street is now a race track and people that don't live here park in our lot to smoke pot and throw trash on the ground and fill up our dumpster with garbage and furniture making it hard for the paying residents to use what should be available to them

Living at Sundance is the Best. They are a great team to work with. Christian, have giving me outstanding service as a Leasing Professional. Margie has be very helpful if I had any issues. The maintenance staff does a really awesome job Kuddos to Terry and Travon for being onsite when always needed. Also the other maintenance staff are very friendly and approachable.
