Don't move here

I've been here for 7 yrs and we have new owners . You going to get this really ridiculous water and trash bill your bill is based on your neighbors . There is no spectacular reason to live here we never met the new owners . The laundry room is always filthy we have no amenities but we have these high bills don't move here

Theives

previous management was GREAT now they are run by a greedy property management company. right away they increased the late fee to the legal maximum allowed, and charge utility fees that were included according to our leases. AND now they kept my entire security deposit of $2650 and replaced the carpet with Pergo or tile instead of the cheap carpet that was there.

Good

I been living here for 10 months and I love it. It's my very first apartment. The neighbors are friendly and the workers are nice. I live with my son and loves the space in our living room. Our lease is almost over and would love to stay here. Winning will be amazing and help my son and I. We would be able to save for a car. We feel this is our home we are used to the area. Best room is our bedroom and closet space is great too.
