5760 Laurel Canyon Apartments

I have been looking around for awhile. I pay attention to the details. They have different style apartments. I looked at a standard 2 bedroom and a one bedroom that had an upstairs loft. They were both in great condition. The 2 bedroom was a standard two bedroom so no loft, but same quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. The two bedroom was all wood style flooring, except the bedroom like the photos on here. The one bedroom that had the loft was wood style in the bathroom, dining room... , and kitchen. The bedroom, loft, and living room were carpet, but it was in great shape. The carpet looked new, if it wasn't. Plus the loft apartments have an very large private patio that you don't share with anyone else. Everything was updated, clean, and very nice fixtures. The onsite heated pool and recreation room with a pool table was a bonus. You can tell they keep the building up and the manager seems very nice. I agree they could have more photos of the standard apartments, but most apartment complex's have different style apartments. I expect some differences between photos and place. Please note that 2 bedroom for rent is nothing close to those pictures! The pictures shown are for a unit which is NOT available and goes for $2250. Apartment they are renting right now is a regular 2 Bedroom with very outdated vanities, low ceilings and very small closets. Clarify with the manager before driving out there!
