If it's in your price range, don't think twice!

Cal Villages is one of the best places I've ever lived. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the amenities are well maintained, and the apartments are spacious and truly felt like home.

The only downsides to be aware of are; thin walls- we could hear our neighbors' conversations and some would have their TVs on all night- and the price. There are probably cheaper apartments on the same street...but they aren't managed by Kandi which makes Cal Villages worth the upcharge.

Thank you for a… wonderful living experience and, hopefully if my budget allows for it in the future, I can move back here! Highly highly highly recommend!

I would recommend because I feel same here, it's nice and clean, the courtyard is beautiful...and Kandi is a wonderful manager, and Paul is a dependable "handyman."

Best place to call home.

This apartment is the best apartment I have lived in. No, its not the newest or best thing ever-but the attention, knowledge and availability of our manager is beyond anything I have experienced in 35 years of living in apartments. One of the best things is that she is available and the office is open for her residents at 8:00am for anyone that has to leave for work they can come down to pick up a package, put in a work order and she is always helpful. As long as she continues to manage "my… home" she has a long term resident in me.

Thank you to Kandi for all her hard work, understanding and out of this world customer service!

Wonderful!

This place is more than I could ask for....beautiful, safe, clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better manager - Brandy keeps this complex safe, secure and she is so attentive to the needs of her residents. Pool, Fitness Center, Laundry and Lounge are added bonuses, but the apartments themselves are modern, fresh and spacious. I made the right decision moving here...I understand now why it was worth the wait!
