Nice, cheap Valley Village apartment

This is a studios-only apartment complex. Really quiet, although I haven't seen what effect the next-door Starbucks that's being built will have, but I don't expect any problems. Close to the Orange Line metro. I haven't had any real issues here since they eradicated the cockroaches almost two years ago (they haven't come back.) It has a pool in the courtyard.

The rent includes utilities (water and electricity) and it's cheap (currently $828.61) but that price may go up as this area becomes...
more desirable.
