When I moved in the management told me it was a “big free building” which was a LIE! Worth apartment I’ve ever lived in. You will have to put all food away immediately if u don’t want the roaches chowing down on it. The come from everywhere . As soon as u turn on the lights they scatter. The building is nice, lots of stuff around the area… stores,banks etc. but roaches are a no go. The exterminator they have coming to the building is a joke. Never got rid of them . My apartment building is pretty average. We're located in the city of Van Nuys, so it's always crowded around there. There are stores close by so you don't have to drive. It's in walking distance. The neighbors are very friendly and pleasant. The parking could be a little bigger, space is tight but we do the best we can. Overall, I enjoy living in that building.

My building is very close to multiple Metro buses and trains that will keep you connected. I'm walking distance from local fast food restaurant, luxury hotels & extraordinary fancy restaurants. We are privileged to have a swimming pool we are able to utilize all year long. People are very friendly and we all work together with keeping the complex clean and looking beautiful.
