Conditions, rent & area are not bad. Manager, however, is so impolite and rude also his daughter. I'm a single mom. Once I was on trip when arrived home we had no water. My kid needed shower,... I asked him about when the tech problem will be solved. But he started yelling at me...

I went to see the studio on 6/22/16 and fell in love with it. It was a great deal for $950 with utilities included. I immediately applied and got approved the same day. The manager, never got his name, told me that I had until 5pm the next day to turn in my security deposit. On my way to the apartment, I called the manager to let him know that I wanted to do another walk through before I turned in my security deposit. When I came in, I tried to do everything I should have the first time, run the... water, check the cabinets, doors etc. As I was doing my thorough inspection, no more than five minutes in, the manager, asks is there a problem. I explained to him, it was a big decision for me and I just wanted to check everything out. He snaps back, "well I have things to do, what is the problem, do you want the place?" As I am trying to take pictures, I tell him I don't know. He says well I can show it to other people but I have other things to do and you can't be in here by yourself. And so it goes on, he said a lot of other things, the fact of the matter is, the man is rude! My very first conversation with him, he came off abrasive and rude and watching him with other people, his demeanor was the same. I thought maybe it was something that wouldn't be that big of a deal. But based on the reviews of this place on other sites, the manager was the top complaint. He has been the manager for over seven years, I do not understand how he is still there. He is extremely rude. In the reviews, I did not see any complaints about roaches, rodents or anything like that. They were all negative reviews about him. It's very spacious. I love the balcony and the pool. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the parking...it could be better.
