Avoid At All Costs

I am unfortunately a current tenant; that is only because I'm leaving the state soon, otherwise I'd live somewhere habitable.

I've lived here for about 3 years now. I've had roaches since day 1, and they haven't even attempted to resolve the issue. Believe it or not, the roaches are the least of the issues, albeit having to spend hundreds of dollars of my own money to rid my apartment of the roaches.

Rain caused heavy damage to my balcony. Maintenance said it is unsafe and can not be used...
until repaired... that was a year and a half ago, and it's in the same condition. They'll ignore work orders, or erroneously mark them as done, without even stepping foot into the residence.

Management routinely invades tenant privacy, by giving the "24 hour notice to enter" only a couple hours before they actually enter.

The best part? They use an app called BILT to pay your rent. BILT offers a "pay now, pay later" option where you can pay half rent at the beginning of the month and half in the middle. I've thankfully only had to use that option twice. First time was in December and there were no issues; easy peasy. I used it again for March, as I went on a lengthy vacation. I paid exactly half the rent prior to March 4th (their cutoff). I came home to the property management notifying me I had a balance due. I called them, let them know I used their own payment software's offering and I thought it was done there. I was told management would be notified of the option I used, the late fee would be waived, and my account would be unlocked so I can pay the remainder of rent. I was then told I would receive a phone call when the account was unlocked; that phone call never came. That was over a week ago, and my account is still locked. They have ignored my phone calls, and voicemails up until today. I went in to the leasing office today to speak with the manager. Zero personable skills, whatsoever. I re-explained all the above to her, as well as the fact I've been here 3 years, have never been an issue, and have always paid full market value rent on time, every month. She still refuses to unlock my account. I've heard of people skipping out on rent; I've never heard of having to beg to pay it. She refused to give me Cushman & Wakefield’s corporate phone number, which I was able to find within 30 seconds of leaving the office. Why would a manager refuse to give tenant access to upper management? Because this place is beyond shady.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. The property is consistently dirty and feels like it only gets cleaned every two weeks at best. On top of that, safety is a major concern. The gate remains unlocked despite multiple complaints, and someone recently walked in during the night and stole items from balconies. This is unacceptable, yet management refuses to take accountability or address the issue properly.

The management team is completely unresponsive and...
unhelpful. They love to shift blame, often claiming they’re “new” or blaming prior staff, instead of taking responsibility for their lack of action. To make matters worse, I’ve been charged late fees even though I pay my rent on time every month. I’ve had to waste time repeatedly showing proof of payment to have these charges removed.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, security, and accountability from management makes living here an ongoing frustration. I would not recommend this place to anyone until significant improvements are made.
The only clean place is the newly remodeled office space for management.. wonder why

Horrible office staff

Very rude office staff. Dont enforce rules and things have been out of service for over a year now. No hot water for 6 months. Huge problem turning it back on

Don’t waste your money

Living at San Regis has been the absolute worst place i have EVER lived in my life. The staff is the worst part they can keep staff for one its always new ppl so we you email to complain no one gets back to you and gives you the run around. The maintenance is lazy I have put in several request and all they do is mark as completely and dont show up! My air condition had not work in months and the heat just runs on its own all night all they have yet to come fix either one, its now 80 degrees... and they the leasing office is unhelpful ! These place has roaches because they ppl are moving out. Homeless ppl get in a sleep in the laundry room all the time making it unsafe to feel comfortable leaving my clothes in washer because the security doesnt do anything but be on their phone ive complained bout how i had to put money in washer and a homeless guys came and unplugged the machines to cut his has and they don’t nothing about it the manger said she was s gonna escalate my complaints and have yet to do so im supposed to living in hot house because of the heat wont stop running with bugs and its 80 degrees outside and in my apartment do not waste your money on this place only lived here a yr and already moving

No not move here

I have only lived here and within a year I'm already moving out the maintenance is horrible.

My air conditioner has stopped working now 5 times they have come and fixed it this is now the 5th time it's gone out and i requested to be fixed going on 2 weeks and have yet to up its 80 degrees in here.

The closet doors are off the hinges that they fell completely off

There is no security in the parking lot and they keep the leasing gate open and homeless ppl have gotten in asleep in the laudry...
rooms and unsafe to leave clothes in where im paying

I understand its a pandemic but we have not been able to use NONE of the amenities nor have they lowered the rent when other complex are doing socials distancing

They change leasing staff so frequently I cant keep up and they are unhelpful take forever to answer the phone

This place was a waste of my money!
