Couldn't be happier!
My roommate and I were beyond stressed out when looking for a new apartment, we had to meet a deadline and it was all just so overwhelming. We stopped into SkyLA Tower to take a tour and Adam was there to greet us and could not have possibly been more helpful and friendly! He made the whole application process so easy and we were moved in in just a few days! The building is quiet and clean, The amenities are very nice too! I haven't had to wait to use a machine in the gym and everything in there... seems brand new. If you're in the same position that we were then I couldn't recommend moving here enough. :)

the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in
Pictures look great right? Price seems fair right? Well you get what you pay for at this place. It has a fake penthouse, along with probably the most rude dirty neighbors imaginable. I remember walking out my door to the elevator and seeing a huge pile of throw up just right in the middle of the hallway. IT WAS THERE FOR 1 WEEK. JUST IMAGINE THE SMELL. Not to also say that the building shakes every time a semi truck passes the street. Also very cheap Material used to build this place horrible... water quality as well. Elevator gets sticks most times. I mean just a horrible place on possibly the worst street to live on.
Only good thing about this place is the building manager. He is helpful, he tries his best with what he has.

Could not get out of here fast enough
This complex has all the makings of the worst living situation you could imagine. Trash littered about the grounds, tenants that play music until 2 AM in the morning on a weekday, management that is only concerned about collecting your money. People that moved in here when SkyLA first opened are running for their lives, us included. There are plenty of options out there — don’t settle for this one!
