We pay Water & Trash and the resident pays a minimal amount for Electricity & Gas- Best Utility package in TOWN!!

    Our apartment rocks

    We LOVE it here! Best bathroom we've ever had. Nice kitchen, amazing floors. Wish there was a dishwasher or an air conditioner in the bedroom but those are the only things we can complain about. Staff on-site and are incredibly sweet, pool is great, just love it here. We hope to be here for many many years!
