Awesome
I'm nearing the end of my lease, and I've really enjoyed living here. It served its purpose and the maintenance staff as well as Jesus, the manager, were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone who is looking forma place in Van Nuys. I didn't have any issues while living here. The community is gated, which is nice since it's on a Main Street.
