don't bother applying
I applied for this unit that has been vacant since March. Provided paystubs, job offer, 2 years of tax returns, and 3 bank statements. I was told that my application was denied because their system couldn't process my bank statements (even though I sent them directly from my bank's website without even opening the pdf). I requested a refund because I was denied for something I can't control and wouldn't have known would be an issue prior to applying. They refuse to refund me the application fee... because I "could've gotten a cosigner." But why would I apply thinking I needed one, when I exceed income and credit requirements? All around, incredibly unprofessional and frustrating to deal with.
