I love this building!
I lived here in 2015-17 and absolutely loved living at Venice Beach Atrium. Perfect location and views, wonderful management, great parking, proximity to everything. My renovated unit had great appliances too. I worked from my home and was able to enjoy the balcony all the time. I travelled for a few years and am looking to move back here. But alas - no vacancy now. Will keep looking and hoping something opens up here.
