Buena Vista Apartments

I have lived here for 2 years and really liked living here. You step out of your apartment to a view of the ocean, have access to hiking trails and a beautiful view up on the hill with cross breezes. My unit included brand new windows (installed while we lived here for the whole building) and updated kitchen track lighting with a sprayer hose included in the kitchen sink as well as covered parking and a small outdoor storage unit in each carport. Maintenance requests are met immediately. When I... wanted to move out in less than 30 days, a new tenant was found asap after I showed my apartment and my rent was pro-rated for the month. Tip: if you have an inkling that you will stay past your first year, opt for another 1 year or 6 month lease so that they don't raise the rent which by law they can if you are month to month.
