This is a small, intimate community with a wide range of diversity. It embarks upon a newly built up area, at the edge the green belt, in our small coastal city. From single units, 1 1/2's, and doubles, to 3 bedrooms, the neighborhood is very friendly! Many socialize, in the tropical setting, at the courtyard BBQs, large and small swimming pools, and at the children's playground.
