Price

Stopped by had an appointment to see an apartment I was waiting for to become available. Was told it was already occupied though I was told it wasn’t ready had to be cleaned was lied to and the price changed not the price online think twice before going to this place .

If you can afford it, rent somewhere else

This place I believe has changed ownership and the quality in my opinion has plummeted, and I know times are tough but if you can find somewhere else to rent, I would recommend it.
It does have quite the potential though.

Very Happy to be at Sierra Ridge!

I recently moved to California from across the country and was unable to come to California to look for a place to live prior to my move. The Property Manager of Sierra Ridge, Celeste, was so incredibly helpful in making the stress of not knowing anything about the area a very pleasant process. She happily answered question after question…I threw a lot of questions at her and she was always happy to take on more. I would recommend working with Celeste and living at Sierra Ridge to anyone moving… to the area or just looking for a new place to live. The apartment was very clean upon my arrival and Celeste was prompt in making sure last minute maintenance was taken care of. I’ve been at Sierra Ridge for about 3 weeks and am so happy I landed here! Thank you Celeste for taking the stress out of this otherwise very stressful process!
