Atrium Downtown

I’ve been here for a few years and love it. Great quiet building, nice neighbors, great location, very kind and helpful staff.

My time so far at Atrium has been overwhelmingly positive. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Any time I've had a question or maintenance item it's been addressed promptly. All of the residents are friendly and kind as well. The apartment is also surprisingly quiet. I never hear any of my neighbors while within my apartment. The location is also excellent less than one block away from where all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops, and stores start. It's also conveniently located… just a few blocks from the BART station and the freeway which makes traveling easier. Overall it's been a great experience so far and an apartment complex I'd recommend to anyone especially someone who wants to live in Walnut Creek and in the downtown area. Read More

The Atrium is the best apartment community that I have ever lived in. The property is full of amenities and kept up very well. The team there take pride in making sure the inside and outside of the building is always clean. The maintenance staff is amazing and will handle your requests quickly and efficiently. The office staff in great as well as they go out of there way to make the Atrium feel like a community. Throughout the year they have plenty of events like BBQ's, Ugly Sweater parties and… celebrating National Cookie Day to name a few. The living experience at Atrium is unparalleled. Nestled in the heart of Walnut Creek, this place is a gem that stands out for its commitment to creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere! The events hosted by management, from the sizzling barbecues to the many delightful Donut… Days (even Wine Tasting days which we were sadly unable to attend T_T), not only added a special touch to our weekends but also fostered a sense of togetherness amongst residents. It's these thoughtful gestures that elevate the overall living experience.

Serena and Matt deserve a special shout-out for their exceptional service! They were the embodiment of professionalism and friendliness, always going the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm greetings and readiness to assist with any concerns made us three feel valued and taken care of.
