So far everything that I have experienced has been great. The apartment is great. The neighbors are great. The noise level is very minimal. I really enjoy it here. I love how close it is to downtown Walnut Creek as well.

Loving living at Vaya! I love the location and the staff that work here have been great. Their online portal makes it very easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requestes

Management staff is incredibly friendly and has been so helpful with my new move. The apartment complex is beautiful with all the amenities in top condition. I’m looking forward to living at Vaya!

Great place and love living here. Will say the things never get done when they say, They posted a note of certain inspections on certain days and no one ever shows. Along with they said on the night of 5/8 there would be a security guard for the broken door and there was no security guard. Actions and what they say don’t always align.

Norla and Mary have been super helpful before, during, and after my move. I feel welcomed into the building. The spaces are super clean and the surrounding area is amazing.
