Avoid here. The place rob you all the deposit money when you leave 1433$ in total............. I lived there for 7 months and when I left they charged me 1433$ :
1. 537.5 $ was charged for the painting of the whole apt! Even though there's no any damage on the walls when we do the moving out inspection!!
2. carpet replacement fee for 309.33$ because they said the carpet was bleached and can't be cleaned.
3. Even though they charged additional carpet cleaning fee for 69$!
4. Let alone another… cleaning fee for 150$. Two cleaning fees seriously? ? I already paid the extra rent for the days of cleaning, also I found the new tenant to take over our apt. They will find all kinds of excuses to take away your money.
5. Rent for cleaning days: 342.56
6. Not returned keys:25$ . Although we returned both sets.

During my stay, I asked so many times for the lease agreement but the property manager had never gave the lease to me. Also, she said nothing about the painting charge, as well as the carpet cleaning fee which is even not included in general cleaning fee. When moving out, she had said more than three times the only fee we are going to pay is the carpet replacement and rent during cleaning days/ cleaning fee for 150$. However when we received the statement, they charged extra painting fee 537.5$ not returned keys fee 25$ (we returned both set of keys) extra carpet cleaning(we paid for carpet replacement and cleaning fee, so what's this for?).
