About the room——
This is for a private bedroom plus bath in a house in the desirable “States” neighborhood of West Sacramento, a green, shady, tree and park filled quiet neighborhood of older houses.
This ‘suite’ has a 170 sq ft room has a separate entrance, its own bathroom and hallway and primary use of your own living room space, that has plenty of bright indirect light for Plant lovers :). The room and bathroom were recently refurbished with new flooring and new paint.

Common areas shared include a kitchen, dining area, living room, family room, front yard, and large backyard, and garage. It includes a new washer+dryer and water heater.
The house was built around 1952. It has been recently repainted inside and out, with refinished hardwood floors, and all completely new plumbing. It has central air/heat. Fruit and avocado trees front and back with a big backyard. Plenty of room in back for bbq and small get-togethers under shady fruit trees to keep you cool during warm Summer months:). You’re welcome to have small raised beds/ pots in the front yard to grow plants/ vegetables…since that is where you will get the most direct sun , if you like to garden:) Its close to the Sacramento River bike trail, about 3 miles to the State Capital building and 8 miles from Cal State University Sacramento, about 18 miles to UCDavis… There is a dog park within walking distance, and a lovely neighborhood park just down the street, for picnics or gatherings.

We’re looking for a 6 month lease converting to month-to-month after 6 months.
