The Strand

We have enjoyed living here. The neighborhood is overall safe and relatively quiet. Maintenance staff is so helpful and accommodating. Martin and Steve especially have gone out of their way to make our experience here wonderful. They have been extremely helpful and very kind!

For the most part community is great and the staff are helpful. Never had any problems while living here. The water heaters could be better, hot water doesnt last that long.

I enjoy that safety of the neighborhood. However, a lot, or most, of the amenities seem to be out of working order. These amenities such as the fire pits and gas bbqs won’t just not be working for a week. The fire pits by our apartment has not worked for over a year and the bbq works maybe half the time. For the high price we pay in rent, I expect everything to be in working and that is just not the case.

I've loved living here. If you choose to live here I would recommend going into the office if you need to speak with staff. They're very friendly but difficult to get on the phone.

So far so good. Move in process was really simple and the leasing team was really helpful in answering all questions we had. I really enjoy how clean the apartment complex is and the amenities is provides.
