Not worth the price....

You should really think twice if you are looking to rent this place. The building is old and unkempt, as well as infested with roaches. The laundry room only has two washers and two dryers which are both over 10 years old and are constantly breaking down. There is no grace period for paying you rent, so be advised if you don't have it in by the 1st of every month they will tack on $35 to your ledger. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. There are so many other places to rent in… Whittier that are nicer and better managed.
