I knew from day one this was a huge mistake. All four of my neighbors are extremely loud. There is no sense of peace and quiet. I’ve tried to complain and be patient but Ruth doesn’t care about her tenants. She just tells us to call the cops whenever there is an issue. I’m pretty sure my neighbors are over occupancy. I’ve seen 20+ unique adults and children come out of that apartment over the course of 6 months. It sounds like constant music and footsteps from that unit. Tengo un año de vivir aca . Y no e tenido ningun problema con mi apartamento . La manneger muy profesional y le atiende de immediato cuando uno le llama . Hasta la fecha nunca e visto cucarachas en mi apartamento y todo muy limpio .

I've been living here for over 2 years and the manager Sherri, is really nice and always answers her phone or calls back right away. Anytime I've had an issue (not many) she is quick to fix it or send the maintenance team right over. It's a really clean complex (yard work done every Tuesday) and she makes sure the complex is always looking nice.

Wondering why the previous reviews are no longer here? These apartments started out great, good layout and neighbors were friendly, kept to themselves. What started out as a seemingly small issue ending up being way more of a hassle than it was worth. First day of moving in, we saw a roach crawling up the wall. We have not even unpacked yet...honestly I had no clue what it was (I am originally from Wisconsin, and we do not have roaches up there). Later on, we realized the whole building had an... infestation. My roommate and I realized the only way to actually get rid of them is to tent the building, at least 8 total apartments?...(tenting was needed for obvious reasons...if you are not sure why that is the only solution, that is what google is for...) There was also a termite infestation (we get it, everywhere in CA has termites, but this has gone on in this establishment for WAY too long...) We heard from previous neighbors that the tenant before us fell through the floor in the living room, yet decided to not report it for reasons I will not say publicly. We had also called a private inspector and they reported massive signs of termite damage to the property. Once reported to our manager, she had the gall to ask us if this is "something our neighbors had put in our heads?" FIRST of all, what? and no, we have documentation and photographs of this happening in OUR OWN apartment. Secondly, it goes to show how unprofessional the management is at this location and how it goes unnoticed (or not cared about) is beyond me... Dealing with the "management" at this location was seriously a headache. As a manager myself, I had a certain expectation of how dealing with the management should be, yet I found myself dealing with someone who had no clue what was going on or really just did not care at all. In essence, do not rent here unless you really do not care about roaches, termites, uncaring and unprofessional management, lack of proper maintenance, having "sprays" done for roaches that are not even conducted or if they are, by the "apartment" maintenance crew, and parking. They are losing renters like crazy, yet we still had to park as far as Stater Bros most nights. When I brought to the managements attention, their excuse was "there are many new highschoolers that have their license, so less parking." Sorry, but are you dim?
