You Get What You Pay For (Hopefully)

The plumbing is bad and it takes forever for the management to address any concerns (if they even bother). The water/trash utilities are at least $200 a month flat, and failure to pay them might result in eviction. Neighbor kids are noisy at all hours of the day and leave trash and toys all over the place. The only good thing about the complex is that its a gated community, which makes a difference in an area where gang crime runs rampant. Still, it's not the worst area in Los Angeles to live in... , and if you can make it out the front door, there are plenty of interesting attractions in the area that make living here worthwhile.

Close to Food4Less, Schools, Freeways, Bus Routes

Cool Calm place to live. Rent is Low. Friendly people. Stores are nearby. Gated Community. It's awesome here !
