The new staff has ruined this building.
We used to have the most awesome and nicest people in the leasing office.
Today I was kicked out of the business center where we used to have our own printer and nobody would have asked us to leave !!!!!!! Now they have removed the printer and I was told I go there a lot !!!!!!
Very rude and unprofessional people are now in charge .
Save yourself a headache and do not think about this apartments.

The last review was 3 years ago, because that is when management was good here. Different story now. As a working professional this apartment is not your best choice. There are always parties with loud music going on at the pool until 11 pm. Management doesn't want to get to know you, and despite being here for three years, I still have to introduce myself from my apartment number. Office hours are very limited and if you are a working professional, it is hard to pick up a package during... there hours. Alura apartment homes is a pretty good place to live. It's close to chipotle, Macy's, jamba juice, ralphs, ralphs gas (cheapest gas available), as well as fatburger. It's the perfect apartment of convenience, and you'll also get a decent rate for a pretty attractive apartment. They've got a small gym, but a pretty big pool with a nice gas-powered stainless steel BBQ grill (two grills). Mailbox is small, but larger packages are delivered to the leasing office.
