The Met Warner Center

Well kept, clean, safe but expensive. Some tenants are very loud and disrupt building but overall good community and quiet.

The Met in Woodland Hills is not only a place to live, it's a community, within a short time living here we met nice families with kids.
Summer break was so much fun with the nice pool area (there are few pools but the center one is the best) daily swimming and tons of kids all enjoying each other's company is quite a perk!

In addition, the complex is clean and safe, the HOA office and security are very responsive, the common areas are very clean.

Excellent condo complex. Has access to a number of pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and an on site gym. My condo looks practically brand new. Granite counter-tops, hardwood floors and very spacious living and bedrooms. Also, the complex is a fully gated community with 24 hour security that gives you that extra peace of mind.

The complex has a pool, a gym, and is pet friendly. People walk their dogs in the area all the time. There are convenient washing machines downstairs as well. It is also relatively close to Warner Park as well; which has events and music on summer Sunday nights. There is also security for the complex and multiple parking spaces allotted.
