The unit has Vinyl plank flooring, off-street parking, on-site laundry and grilling area. Small pets welcome (dogs under 40 lbs--talk to us about larger). Walmart is across the street, and it is an easy one mile walk/bike ride to Olde Town Arvada, which is full of cute shops and restaurants. Very clean, well-maintained property.
The property is individually metered for electric (average around $35-50/month) and we do charge fees for heat, trash water and sewer and common area electric.
We require at least three times rental income and a minimum credit score of 670. We do require background checks, and proof of ID.
