Great place to live!

I moved into Lamar Village a little over a month ago and have loved the experience so far! From day one, Justin and Julia were incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process. They were always available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. My studio apartment has been the perfect amount of space for me and already feels like home. Everything around the property has been really clean and well-kept since I moved in. The location in Arvada is another big plus. There are a lot of stores,… restaurants, and things to do nearby, and everything feels really convenient and close by. The staff at Lamar Village has been extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the sense of community they’ve created here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment and a great location to live!

Awesome place to live!

Living at Lamar Village is the best. The maintenance team is on top of everything, their grounds are beautiful, and Julia is so helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this place!

Really nice place

The highlight of this place is definitly how communicative leasing office is - in particular Julia! Neighbors are courteous, and property is well managed and I really dont have any compaints!

My home

The office staff is always so helpful and make you feel important. Whenever there is a problem the maintenance people are always on time and do an excellent job. All in all I am 100 percent happy to be living here. The grounds and the common areas are always kept clean.

Lamar Village is a wonderful place to call home. I love the area in the summer time, its so well kept! I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and maintenance team. Julia is very accommodating.
