Bear valley village

Only lived here a few months so far but nothing but good review, staff is amazing, courtney has helped make this move in process easier than expected. The leasing office is always ready to help fix any issues and answer any question. Maintenance is very timely and efficient is always seen around property fixing an individuals maintenance requests

Homie, Welcoming, Friendly staff and residents.

I toured a lot of places in the area and this one has the best combination of pretty and clean apartments, affordable rent, and good staff/community. Courtney has been very friendly and helpful and helped me feel welcomed!

Very welcoming!

I chose these apartments because not only is the rent one of the most affordable in this part of town but after looking at place after place it was nice to finally have people who were so friendly and welcoming! Courtney immediately made me feel right at home and continued to make sure everything was good even after the lease was signed.
