Improvements The Kitchen air ventilator is too old… doesnt work properly on taking out all of the smoke , I have to turn off the fire alarm and Open the windows during winter season everytime I cooked, and the Air ventilator from the bathroom as well, too old and noisy . I requested in the past for repair, they just lubricated them but still

UTE CITY PLACE HOUSING The management has always been efficient in questions and concerns I have in regards to the building. Always ready to help and very promt on my family's needs. The renewal of lease went smoothly and any requests has always been answered the following day. They always put projects in the building to improve the facilities.
