clean

So I moved here from out of state.. I feel like as soon as I moved in the apartment got cheaper by a couple hundred dollars ??????? it happens. I didn’t review the area enough it’s not a very good area, a lot of gun shots at night. Had a lot of issues with their online rent paying site. There’s a lot less expensive nicer places. Amenities closed during Covid... unfortunately it ended up here because the last place last minute fell through. Utilities not included.

Great Apartments

If you're looking for a new place to call home look no further! I would highly recommend this community quite, safe, and family friendly. Maintenance is NEVER an issue here which is very reassuring. Office staff has been with the community for awhile and it shows as they care for each of their residents.

Great apartments to live in !

The reason these apartments are amazing is because of the management staff, I personally feel that Jackie and Rick, both amazing and caring people always going out of their way to help me with anything I’ve had issues with or questions I’ve had. Their so great with communication, with that being said anytime I’ve needed maintenance help in my home they always go above and beyond to ensure that their residents are well taken care of. In regards to the property, I love the view from my apartment,… I love the fact that’s it’s a gated community, that’s gives me a sense of comfort And security, dependability any new residents with families looking to move in would look for in apartments.

Great Places to live

I have lived here for 2 years now, since I’ve been here I haven’t felt more comfortable, welcoming, happiest in a long time. These apartments offer so much great amenities like the amazing pool, and gym and I LOVE THE DOG PARK !! I love the management staff Jackie and Rick are some of the most kindest people I’ve had the privilege to meet! 10/10??

Great place to live!

Close to transportation and shops. All maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. Very quiet. The property is kept up beautifully. Parking could be better. Heated pool, fitness center, playground, dog park, and grilling areas. Great place to live!
