Never no parking

You can't find parking in this complex after 5pm because they keep allowing tenants to have 5-10 vehicles per household. They charge you 15$ a month to park in here but there's never any parking when you need it. Also my electric bill has jumped up almost 100$ because again too many people living in one household and it's a shared meter for each building. It's too expensive to live here for what they offer. Plentiful, cheaper options in the area with actual parking.

Responsive Maintenance

I’ve lived here about a year and the maintenance guys go above and beyond to help out whenever I have a problem. I really appreciate them !!

Amazing ??

This place is amazing. It's like coming to a vacation home every night.
The leasing team and maintenance team is one of the best teams I have seen in Aurora.
The are promptly and quick to fix things
