Property Address: 10550 E Iowa Ave, Aurora, CO 80012
You can't find parking in this complex after 5pm because they keep allowing tenants to have 5-10 vehicles per household. They charge you 15$ a month to park in here but there's never any parking when you need it. Also my electric bill has jumped up almost 100$ because again too many people living in one household and it's a shared meter for each building. It's too expensive to live here for what they offer. Plentiful, cheaper options in the area with actual parking.

Amazing ??
This place is amazing. It's like coming to a vacation home every night. The leasing team and maintenance team is one of the best teams I have seen in Aurora. The are promptly and quick to fix things
