Great Experience When it was time to renew our lease, we were guided to the appropriate steps on the portal. Such an easy process and when we had questions, they were answered quickly. Thank you Peakline!!

Moved in back in march. Quiet place, cool pool area. I have kids no dogs, only wish there was a playground for kids but I guess all new apartment complexes don’t do it anymore

I actually love it here! I think the apartments are constructed well, and I have a nice view. The hot water heater here seems to last forever. The maintenance crew and front office staff are amazing! They are so kind. I only took one star away because of the noise. It’s May only be specific to my building, but there is a little happy dog that barks NON-STOP. I mean IT NEVER ENDS. I’ve lived in apartments for many years now, and this is the worst noise situation I’ve experienced. We have... complained twice, and I know someone spoke to the person, but it is still happening. It’s really more that person’s fault than the complex, and at least they tried to address the issue. But it is just extremely unnerving when you can’t just have a moment’s peace in your own home. We both bought noise canceling headphones, but a lot of times you can still hear that dog.
