Great Place to Live.

I lived for the last couple years in this apartment. I have no complaints at all. Maintenance is great. Very close to Walmart, Sam's Club, Home depot, a lot of bus transportation options nearby.
Leasing office staff Anita and others are wonderful.

Horrible customer service

I had a terrible experience with Ridge Hill Apartments. I applied and paid a $120 application fee along with a $500 security deposit. On my scheduled move-in day, I rented a moving truck and drove all the way there to pick up my keys. Unfortunately, due to traffic, I arrived exactly 15 minutes late for my appointment. Instead of showing basic customer service or understanding, the leasing management told me, "We are done, you find another place." They completely turned me away on my move-in day… with a rented truck full of my belongings, showing absolutely zero empathy or professionalism. Canceling someone's housing over a 15-minute delay is completely unacceptable, unfair, and heartless. Be very careful before giving them your money

Worst place to live in aurora

Management is suck they don’t fixed my air conditioning. I’m asking for work order last three months but they didn’t fix it. Every time I call them they get angry. Most of the building so dark in night no lights last five months out side is out of pool lights. Night time is very scary. Poor management and maintenance now under new management. Worst place in Aurora now.
