Been here 5 years, pros and cons.
I've rented from this property since 2021 and been through a transition of management that was pretty seamless - I'll give them that. Overall, it's a decent place, but there are some pitfalls as well (like with anywhere).
Pros: centrally located with easy access to public transportation, property is decently upkept. The rent feels pretty steep for the studio and 1-bedroom apartments, but the rent for 2 and 3 bedrooms feels pretty fair for the size, layout, and amenities inside (some have a... fireplace, some have a W&D).
SHOUT OUT! Laura in the front office is an absolute DELIGHT. She's extremely helpful and goes out of her way to make sure the residents are able to get what they need and if she doesn't have the answer, she'll get it and follow up with you.
Cons: despite it being a 'marijuana free' location, it smells like someone's smoking in the buildings, the office manager is completely unprofessional and even if they make a mistake on their end, they will force the resident to conform to what they want with the threat of extra fees. Hot water has been out several times - upwards to 2 weeks - without any kind of accommodation or reduction in rent.
