What This House Offers
Hi, and welcome to my condo. You'll love all the upgrades versus other Whittier apartments. Also, my unit (#315) is a top-floor, 3-level unit on the north side.... It's quieter with more light and an extra balcony than the lower southside units (starting with number 2). Condo has been inspected and approved by the city as an official rental (RHL-01003886) and passed its energy-efficient Smartregs inspection (August 2025). Here are the details.

- KITCHEN: Professionally remodeled kitchen with granite counters, Alder cabinets, birch floors, stainless steel appliances, upgraded lighting, fan. Highlight is the 8-foot-long island that seats 4. With 22 total feet of countertops, it's excellent for cooking, entertaining, and working.
- BATHROOM: Larger, upgraded bathroom with new cabinets, marble counter, and washer/dryer hidden in closet.
- LIVING ROOM: 13-foot-tall ceilings, mountain views, and wood-burning fireplace.
- AC: Upgraded AC/heater unit with ducts for both bedroom and kitchen/living area, essential for hot summer days (other units have smaller bedroom window-units only)

Walk to CU and the Boulder Bike Path in 15 minutes.
