Great move in Experience I just moved into S’Park Apartments and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The team, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the entire process. From coordinating logistics to providing helpful resources and making sure everything was ready for move-in, they went above and beyond.

Great CREW Fantastic Management, Friendly/Courteous/Efficient Maintenance, and amazing amenities. I love the free yoga on Tuesdays! Great communication by the whole team and they often will go out of their way. Help me with my packages a lot and walk them over if they show up at the wrong building. Super helpful if I have issues, etc. Thank you all for what you do! You make it a great place to live.

Terrible apartments. Amenities rarely work, hot tub in particular. Heat was was out for 3 days. College students all over. Avoid if your older.
