    Poor management

    They do not maintain their apartments at all. They also will not hire any help to take care of problems within the apartments, so you are fairly well stuck with whatever is wrong with your apartment. When I first arrived I had broken internet, a broken fridge, paint all over the floor, a clogged and broken garbage disposal, and a broken but functioning toilet. I had also talked to many people within the apartment and their situation is the same. This stuff should be fixed over the summer since… that’s when their leases start and end and with most of their tenants being college students. The staff is good but the corporate branch does not make their job easy for them whatsoever.
