Kenny and the maintenance team are amazing! They are super helpful and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond and are super cool to talk to. Kenny also knows keeps the property clean and inviting. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service!

I recently visited IMT Cherry Creek and was very impressed. The property is clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. The staff was welcoming and professional, especially Shendell in the office. She was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better.
The community has a lot to offer in terms of amenities, and its location is convenient and close to local shopping, restaurants, and everything you might need. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a new place to live!
