Hey, what's up everyone. Definitely wanna give a shout out to this place overall. I really enjoy the floor plans that they have here as well as all of the common areas. I think they give more more than just an apartment type feeling to them, but more of a home tight feeling to them. The main patio upstairs gives the perfect view of a Colorado sunset. No obstruction in view to the Rocky Mountains and the Boulder area. Hanging out by the pool is super fun and the staff is really helpful and... friendly as well. Maintenance request are done very quickly. And the neighbors are pretty quiet.

Overall great experience. Management and maintenance are relatively responsive. There’s a bit of an issue with not having enough space for the volume of packages in the mail room, but hopefully this will improve in the future.
