The customer service is abysmal—management
I rarely leave reviews, but the experience at this apartment complex has been frustrating enough to warrant one. The customer service is abysmal—management is unresponsive, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in addressing resident concerns.
One of the most ridiculous ongoing issues is the blaring music at the pool, which plays for hours on end—even when no one is using the pool. It’s loud enough to be heard inside apartments, making it impossible to relax, work, or even sleep during the day.... Multiple residents have complained, but management refuses to lower the volume or turn it off, citing vague policies and showing zero regard for the comfort of the people who actually live here.
The poor management extends beyond noise complaints. Maintenance requests are slow to be addressed, communication is lacking, and there's a general sense that residents are not valued. It feels more like a business trying to fill units than a community that cares about its tenants.
If you're looking for a peaceful, professionally managed place to live—look elsewhere. This complex is all about appearances, not substance.
