Maintenance

The maintenance crew here is the best I’ve experienced at any apartment complex I’ve lived at. Bianca has great communication and fixes issues quickly and the first time around. The outstanding maintenance is one of the biggest reasons that we keep renewing our lease.

Bianca maintenance

I want to give Bianca, the Maintenance woman, wonderful. Kudos to all that she does for our property. I am in awe of her friendliness, professionalism, kindness, and promptness she is a wonderful employee. I can’t express for such a young lady all that she does and all that she knows and always has such a wonderful demeanor !!!!! she deserves a big big raise!

Crime and uncaring management

I've heard of about 15 vehicle thefts and one actually car jacking by gun point in the apartment parking lot. The management is super rude and unhelpful. I would recommend renting anywhere else.
