Don’t live here, crime is out of control

Avoid this place like the plague. Crime is out of control here. Cops here every weekend. Then a swat team had to break into an apartment next to ours, and completely messed up our door, couldn’t even get into my own apartment. No courtesy call from management, like it would have been nice to just be like, “hey, swat team had to break into an apartment next to yours with bombs and flashbangs”. Just came home to trash everywhere and to find swat team made it impossible to get inside my apartment… because they had to use a bomb on the door next to mine.
The fact we have pets inside and they have no desire to call and let us know what’s happening show no care or thought for people actually living here.

We even have damage in our apartment from the bombs the swat team used on the apartment next door.

It’s like an overpriced version of anything you can get in the ghetto of Aurora.

PS: maintenance team is top notch. 100% trust them in my apt when doing repairs. Were always so helpful and made sure everything was 100% to your liking. But management is a disappointment.
They failed here big time, courtesy call would have went a long way when coming home to this.

However, we want to clarify that our management team was… not aware of the police operation prior to its occurrence and had no involvement in the search warrant process. The safety and well-being of our residents is always our top priority, and we worked closely with the authorities to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
We also understand the frustration of being evacuated from your apartment and the damage that occurred in the hallway. Please know that we are fully committed to repairing any damage, and we’ve already placed an order for a new door. The necessary repairs to the hallway are underway and will be completed as soon as possible.
We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this. If you have any additional concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to our office. We are here to help and ensure that your living experience is as comfortable as possible.

Watch out for excess charges

I have lived at Elevate for 3+ months now and the complex is very nice, the front office staff are amazing and go above and beyond to assist the tenants, and the maintenance staff is quick and responsive as well. I do want to give warning to any potential tenants planning to move in that be carful of the 'Utilities' section of your lease. They say you pay a "share" of the complexes utilities, but they do not disclose those actual costs. So far my monthly "share" has been $164 and $210 EACH… MONTH! This is a very shady business practice. For reference my personal utilities are averaging $40/month. Just be carful before you sign and know that they will be staking more charges monthly to cover their own bills.

Small quiet community

Love my apartment . Kitchen island is my favorite part and the high ceilings . Maintenance comes quickly and are friendly.
