Offering stunning mountain views, this furnished home in Northgate is ideal for relocations, business trips, or longer term accommodations in Colorado Springs. Its a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with 1,700 square feet of space. This home is available for stays of six months or longer.

The kitchen in this furnished rental is the heart of this home and offers a gas cooktop, double convection ovens, and a large pantry for storage. It also features a white quartz island and countertops, a large farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances. There's plenty of room to spread out while you create meals. You can look out onto the wall of windows that look over the Pikes Peak Mountain Range while you prepare dinner or cocktails. This kitchen is equipped to handle anything from coffee to a Thanksgiving dinner feast!

The living room is open, modern, and tastefully appointed. There is a bay of windows that have mesmerizing views that cannot be described! You can watch as storms roll in and become captivated by the city lights, twinkling at night. There is a gas fireplace and the large sectional has a pull out bed. The dining area comfortably seats four people, but the table expands to accommodate six. The balcony has the same amazing views and comfy seats. There is a gas grill and a fireplace table on the balcony.

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, great mountain views, and a spacious, contemporary, bathroom. The master bathroom includes a large soaking tub, a walk-in shower, double vanities, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet. All towels and bedding are 100% cotton.

The second bedroom had a comfortable daybed. This room is set up as an office for possible remote work, or use as an extra bedroom. It has a desk, bulletin board, a new printer, and a walk-in closet. The internet speeds are fast and the service has recently been upgraded to Quantim Fiber, the newest technology in Colorado Springs. There is a full bathroom across the hall from the second bedroom/office. The second bedroom is on the opposite end of the house from the master bedroom, providing privacy for work or guests.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a full sized washer and dryer, a utility sink, and many cabinets for storage. There is also an iron and ironing board. The laundry room leads out the the garage, where there is one parking space and a small, overhead, storage area for light items such as empty suitcases.

There is additional parking across the street. This rental is in a HOA managed community. All tenants and their guests must follow HOA guidelines about parking, but parking space is not problematic. This is a friendly, safe, community. The outside of this property is also surveilled by a Ring camera for the safety of guests.

This property includes everything. High speed internet and all utilities, to include gas, electric, water, and trash. There is a cap on the utilities, (gas, electric, water). There are also two smart tv's, one in the living room, and one in the MBR. There is a resident in the basement (a separate ADU-accessory dwelling unit) of this property. There are no shared or common spaces except the garage. The homes have completely different entrances that are private. The air-conditioning and heat are one system for the whole house, but managed by a Nest system and the temps are kept at approximately 68 in the winter and 74 in the summer, but there is always communication between tenants about days that are just amazing outside (and we have quite a few) and everyone wants to open all the windows and air out the house. This has never been an issue for anyone. Tenants can agree on temperatures, but the Nest runs the system automatically. Additionally, there are ceiling fans, a portable fan, a space heater, and an electric blanket, so there are many options for tenant's comfort.

Taken as a whole, the house is well-equipped, filled with amenities, and this is a fantastic location! These views are hard to beat and the property is clean, well maintained, and feels like a real home! The owner has camping chairs and coolers available for loaning out if tenants want to use these items for outings.

The owner of this home is a prior military spouse that personally manages the property and cleans or oversees the all the cleaning and maintenance of this property and guarantees that all linens, towels, blankets, and dishes are cleaned in-between tenants. You will not have to touch things and wonder if they have been cleaned. We clean and sanitize everything from the kitchen surfaces to the remote controls!

Every tenant gets a specially curated gift basket. This usually includes a bottle of wine, tasty treats, bath bombs and other things to pamper yourself, but I try cater each gift basket to each new, incoming, tenant! There will always be basics to start you out, to include coffee, tea selections, shampoo, conditioner, Tide pods, dryer sheets, and cleaning supplies. You can walk right in with your computer and clothing and be quite comfortable!

The owner offers 50% off of deposit and 5% off the rental rate for military members.
