Someone who enjoys occasional interactions and gatherings, but also values personal downtime. It's important to us that our new roommate is responsible with rent, and willing to contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and positive atmosphere of our home. Lease terms:

$800 monthly due on the 1st of the month.

Lease duration is negotiable from 3, 6 or 12-months or we could start out with a month-to-month basis. Let's discuss it!

Refundable Security Deposit of $800 due upon execution of lease.
