it is 908 square feet. The home does not have AC but it does have heat. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities.
Dogs under 40 pounds and cats allowed. Pets must be 1 year or older. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet.
