Mixed feelings

We moved in several years ago and the previous owner was great. If we had an issue, he came right out. He kept the riff raff out and we no zero problems. I came back from deployment to a crime-ridden building and new owners who could care less about the tenants. My family moved out almost a year ago, under military orders, and we still haven't received our security deposit back. If I had time to go back to Colorado, I would file suit in small-claims court.
