Only been a few days but we are loving it so far, I love that it's cats only too :) All of our appliances look brand new which was a nice surprise. We have nice windows and the carpet is nice and doesn't make sound. The water pressure is good. All good so far

I enjoy living at Devonshire square apartments there are quiet they're conveniently located the doors are secure and locked the grounds are kept up maintenance of the buildings are kept up Jocelyn and Jesse do a good job keeping up with the maintenance of the complex and any issues that arise for residents

We LOVE living here at Devonshire! It is a great place to call home! From front office to maintenence, everyone is wonderful! Jocelyn is wonderful and if you need anything, they always make it quick! They do a beautiful job keeping the grounds nice and the amenities updated! The area is perfect! The neighbors are awesome for the most part, just wish they'd clean up after their dogs. Overall, living here is the most we have felt at home in a long time!

I've really enjoyed the time I've spent here at Devonshire square apartments. I wish they were handicapped accessible, and there was handicapped parking in the back. I'm also frustrated with the people who park on the lines at the end of a row of parking spaces. Until they start getting towed, it's going to continue, and it's a problem.

Jocelyn helped us when we had 3 days to move. The application and move in process were easy, and she communicated with us the whole time. After our move in, we briefly lost our cat and she was eager to help. Our neighbors were also a big help and very friendly. (The cat was in the apartment the whole time.)
