Over all this complex is great and well maintained. I just miss how good the communication from the office and maintenance used to be. I also wish the parking situation was better!

Other than the cleanliness of the laundry rooms which is the responsibility of the vendor and parking this place is a great place to live staff is excellent Jesse and Jocelyn are always friendly and always responding in a timely manner to any issues we have keep up the good job

I have loved living at Devonshire Square Apartments for the last 6 years, now on year 7! The apartments are clean, have great amenities, and are close to shopping and the post office.

I enjoy living at Devonshire square they've always been clean inside and out secure convenient to grocery stores etc etc management is very good A lot of the people that live here are very friendly the biggest issue is parking they need to take a good look at how to remedy the situation of parking it's been a problem for quite a while now it would be nice if they could access vacant land that's beside the property and turn it into extra parking
