The outdoor community is run down. Poorly maintained roads, destroyed landscaping and they don't bother to fix it. They make you pay extra for to maintain these things in the community, but nothing is being done.

So far it’s nice and quiet , no problems at all!Friendly neighbors and pets well controlled. Staff is very respectful and helpful with any problems you have , work orders are also very quick and solved within the same day ,

Love the staff of Ironwood. Everyone is nice and the neighborhood is quiet. My kids love being next to the playground. I also love the trail at the back of the complex for the walks we take. We are centrally located to just about everything and can on those amazing cool days to the store. Love the area is also close to GOG.

I love the community is so peaceful I realize it's a wonderful place to enjoy my grandchildren and my lovely family . Everyone is so hospitable people always speak to you and actually how are you doing or how was your day it wasn't like that where I was living before moving to Colorado was the best thing I've ever done.
